Brooks Donna 403 is a genetic treasure from the mating of the timeless Pathfinder® Sire QAS Traveler 23-4 to the Pathfinder® Dam AAR Donna 1853 who has the distinction of being a full sister to the timeless Pathfinder® Sire AAR New Trend.
Brooks Donna 403 was a 14-year-old donor at Sinclair Cattle Co. She had been running with their Wyoming herd right up until Sinclair’s sale last year. She is an easy fleshing, high $EN individual. Jeff Ward says she has a great appetite and is always one of the first to the feed trough prior to the sale.
Her 2008 Leachman Right Time bull calf weight 705 pounds at six months of age. She has earned a progeny weaning ratio of 100 on nine calves and a progeny yearling ratio of 100 on eight head coupled with progeny IMF and ultrasound ribeye ratios of 102 and 103 respectively on seven head to follow in the productive tradition of her famous dam.
Brooks Donna 403 is a maternal sister to KMK Donna J311 and Brooks Donna 321. KMK Donna J311, the $60,000 valued famous Coleman Angus foundation donor who has a progeny weaning ratio of 104 on four natural calves and a progeny ultrasound ribeye ratio of 102 on 51 head. She sold one-half interest to Limestone LLC where she produced a $60,000 featured pregnancy in the 2007 Limestone Sale to ZWT of Tennessee. Brooks Donna 321, the maternal sister from the 2004 Sinclair Female Sale, has gone on to generate nearly $100,000 in progeny sales to date for Chris Jeffrey.
