Black Grove Chloe 604 is one of the most unique outcross genetic pedigrees in the industry. She combines the proven performance traits of Leachman Right Time and Basin Rainmaker 654X, the most prolific Angus sire in the history of Argentina.
Her donor dam, Basin Chloe 940A, was a double-bred GDAR Rainmaker 340. Black Grove acquired her in the first Stevenson/Basin Cow Sale. Doug Stevenson described her as the best cow he had in the sale. She was very feminine, deep ribbed with tremendous capacity, and had a beautiful udder. Her sire is Basin Rainmaker 654X and like her sire she ranks among the top 1% of the population for Milk EPD.
Black Grove Chloe 604’s sire, Leachman Right Time, is one of the most revered Angus bulls in the breed. He consistently sires females with magnificent maternal traits. They are known for their feminine beauty, gorgeous udders, easy fleshing, great mothering, longevity, and functionality.
